SHIPPING INFORMATION

*Please note that shipping delays may occur during the COVID-19 Outbreak. As we and our shipping partners work to ensure the safety of all employees, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot guarantee the standard of delivery time you may be accustomed to.

All Canadian orders ship from Kamloops, BC. All US orders ship from Boise, Idaho.

Flat Rate shipping is done through Purolator (Canada) and Fed-Ex (USA). Any deviation from this will result in an increase in shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

Flat Rate shipping is only available if you ship within your ordering country. Orders from the US shipping to Canada and vice versa will have alternate (and always higher!) shipping rates apply. These orders will also have duties applied to them by the landing country. Highmark by Snowpulse is not responsible for these duties or any additional charges you may incur if you refuse delivery. We highly recommend not shipping between countries!

Highmark by Snowpulse will provide a tracking number via email.

Highmark by Snowpulse ships only to physical addresses, not PO Boxes.

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Pick Up is not available.

No insurance is provided on shipments unless the customer requests & pays for it. Once the product has left our warehouse, it is no longer the responsibility of Highmark by Snowpulse.
