Returns / Refunds
When you buy an avalanche airbag, you trust that your airbag is professionally manufactured and inspected. We ask that you keep that in mind when you read our return/refund policy.
Returns are permitted within 60 days of purchase, provided the product has not been used (i.e. deployed, worn outdoors, tags removed, etc.). All returns will be subject to a $25 restocking fee, which provides for our qualified warranty team to inspect the product to ensure that it is safe to re-sell to another customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping on Returns. Refunds will be given upon return of the product, less re-stocking fee.
Any PayPal charges from the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and are always Final Sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@highmarkairbags.com to first obtain a Return Authorization # and send your item to: Highmark Airbags, 802 9th St. N., Golden BC V0A 1H2, Canada. This must take place within 60 days of your purchase and the original purchase.
Shipping
To return your product, click here to request a Return Authorisation Number. If approved, you will receive further instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping is not included in this refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that full compressed air cylinders cannot be sent with all methods. Longer than expected shipping times may be the case when including these items in your order.
